These benchmarks allow to :

Newtone Associates has developed three benchmarks:

• Financial data feed
• IT infrastructure costs
• Back Office costs

The objectives of the benchmarks are to create a map of all cost centres, establish quantitative and comparable indicators and provide qualitative results to participating entities.

The results are presented to all participants in a customised report. All data is confidential and anonymous.
